It goes without saying that hummus is everywhere these days.  Readily available in your grocery store refrigerator aisle,  it's hard to believe it was not too long ago that hummus was an exotic dish that could only be found at your favorite Middle Eastern or Mediterranean taverna.  While ubiquitous in 2021, sadly, much of what's available is not very good, is filled with preservatives, and is often ridiculously expensive.  Here I bring you a simple but ultra-delicious hummus recipe you can easily whip up in your own kitchen.  And it's made extra special with the addition of one simple but transformative ingredient - smoked paprika.
